   HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL IN OUR EVER CHANGING INDUSTRY. AFTER HAVING BEEN IN REVERSE FROM ’08-2016, I FLIPPED HOUSES FOR LAST TWO YEARS, LOVED IT, MOVED TO FLORIDA TO RETIRE AND COULDN’T. SO I JUST GOT MY LICENSE HERE AND AM GLAD TO BE BACK.

   H4P IS MY SPECIALTY. I love those Mid – western and Northeastern Baby Boomers, selling up north and moving here. I’m planning to help hundreds if not thousands to UPGRADE not downsize – and get an even better home, lower their living costs, enjoy their lives and leave some cash in the bank with H4P.
