Improved Sales Engine Import & Update Tool

We have improved Sales Engine’s import tool to also update records you may be importing from an external LOS (loan origination software) platform. There may be times when your team is updating statuses, home values and liens in an outside LOS such as Velocify, Encompss, RMS Compass or ReverseVision. In many cases if these records were pushed from Sales Engine to the external LOS a unique record number or identifier is attached. Exporting from these systems can provide a means of updating existing SE records if your export file contains a matching SE record # or Legacy ID #.
