Time Efficiency In The Reverse Mortgage Business

Time. Rich, poor, powerful or not we all are have the same number of hours and minutes in a day. Much of our professional and personal success is derived from HOW we manage it. So just how do some accomplish more in a few days or months than many do in years? First, no one is born disorganized, it’s a learned behavior. This doesn’t mean you have to be a neat freak to be a good time manager

  1. Additional tips:
Prioritize and take on the hardest tasks when you are at your peak enery level during the day.

Delegate some tasks to others when appropriate and effective. Remember we are not individually masters of all things, so call on others to help.

Manage all your communication resources and don’t get sidetracked.

  2. how much do you want for that shirt ???
makes you look that much younger,,,
THANKS ,,A GOOD ONE I HAVE PLENTY OF TIME NOW ,,,,WAITING FOR THE STATE OF IDAHO TO O.K. MY BROKER LICENSE,,,
I CALLED THEM AFTER 1 MONTH OF WAITING AND THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD NOT HAVE CALLED THAT MY FILE NOW GOES TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST THAT WAS OVER TWO WEEKS AGO,,,,

    • Hey Cliff,
Be patient with the State bureaucrats. I recently got my license in Ny-after 7 months.

  3. Great advice. It is always good to be reminded that as to time if we live for the whole day than no one had more than we did. The question is what did we do with it.

I have had jobs where I had to carefully track my time for billing purposes. At least twice a week it was very surprising what I had done for the day for many different clients.

You will love (or maybe not) how i used your advice:

I am getting all of my basketball games written down for tonight so that I can see more of them (LOL). Go Bruins and Pac 12!! (I was wondering how I would work that in.)

Have a great weekend. I look forward to your video on Monday.l

  4. This time management advice is especially “timely”
For this coming week with religious holidays and especially
The fixed rate cutoff. I anticipate a lot of running in different directions, pressure to get in the aps & certs, along with the usual end-of-the month craziness
