Help! My Email Inbox exploded!  So are you overwhelmed with emails? Let me guess, they are all parked in your Inbox. Having been there I found it discouraging and stressful to see 500 plus messages crowding my email program’s In Box. Then there was the challenge of how to sort through that mess to answer the messages that were most important.

The concept of “Inbox Zero” was developed by productivity guru and speaker Merlin Mann of 43 Folders. Please visit them here for more information.

  1. Great ideas!!

I try my best to get to all my e-mails on a daily basis.

    • Diane,

That’s the topic of the video. Watch and you will see how to get your email “inbox to zero”. Enjoy.

  2. Shannon,

Reverse Focus is always at its best providing practical ideas on how to improve our origination practices. Today and the interview with “Allen” are prime examples.

No one does it like Reverse Focus through its main public figure, Shannon Hicks.

Keep up the good work and have a great weekend.

    • Cynic,

Thank you. We are humbled and honored to serve you and all reverse mortgage professionals. Have a great weekend!

  3. With my many clients responding and sending me info, I create a folder for each of my clients and immediately respond to the message . I then store the received message AND my response message (from the “sent” folder”) into that client folder. Easy to find.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO BURN OLD MESSAGES IN A FOLDER TO A DISK? This would provide a way to get back to that info in the future without cluttering up my computer.
    I use Verizon/Yahoo.
