Over the next two months we will be seeing even lower endorsement totals. November had about 10% fewer case numbers assigned than October had and December 15% less than October. So March should have about 4,100 endorsements but April only about 3,950 endorsements, for a total of just over 16,500 endorsements for the first four months of calendar 2016. Projecting that total to all of 2016, we could see total annual endorsements of less than 50,000 for the first time in over a decade.

If we are to grow then we need large scale education to Realtors and financial advisers like NRMLA has announced. It seems there are several lender and originator details to work out but the concept is a sound and needed one.
